What is biim?

biim is an entertainment and technology company providing access to curated premium cultural, sporting and hospitality experiences.

We are passionate culture lovers and technology fanatics. Our management team have longstanding careers in the music, entertainment, and media industries with longstanding relationships and direct access to rights holders, A-list talent and their respective representatives.

What is a biim live experience?

These combine exclusive entertainment and event experiences with premium access to globally known talent across, music, sport, and film.

What is a biim hospitality experience?

Hand selected and curated VIP event hospitality packages at premium sporting, music, and cultural events and occasions globally.

What is a biim virtual experience?

Virtual biim’s are exclusive one-to-one or one-to-many digital experiences for fans to engage with their favourite artists and creators.

How do I purchase a biim?

Search by creator name or category to find your desired biim experience. Add the biim experience to your cart, insert your name, address and card details, and confirm your purchase! You will receive a confirmation email and your unique biim link within 30 minutes of your purchase.

How much does a biim cost?

Each biim is priced at the discretion of the creator. biims vary in cost depending on a number of factors; amount of access available, type of biim, value of content based on its creator.

What happens when I submit a bid on a biim event?

Once a bid is submitted you will receive an email confirming that biim has received your bid.

You may bid as many times as you like.

Once the countdown to the biim event ahs finished the highest bidder will be notified that they have secured the experience.

If we are unable to take payment from the highest bidder the next highest bidder will be contacted.

What happens when I enquire about a biim event?

Once you enquire about a biim experience you will receive an email confirming that biim has received your enquiry.

Please allow up to 48 hours days for a detailed response whilst our team gathers relevant information and pricing for the experience.

How do I receive my biim ticket?

Once you have purchased a biim, you will receive your unique biim link to the email address provided within 30 minutes. We want to ensure you have the perfect biim experience, so please give yourself enough time to purchase a ticket and receive the confirmation email before the biim starts. We don’t like missing out, and we know you don’t either!

We will send you a reminder 24 hours and 1 hour before the biim experience starts. Please check your email spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email. Contact help@biim.tv if you have any problems.

Can I purchase biim as a gift?

Yes, biims are great gifts! After choosing the biim you want to gift, go to your shopping cart, tick the “purchase as a gift” option and fill in the information. Keep in mind that the email address provided will receive the unique biim link to access the experience – so ensure that the email address is correct before purchasing.

What is your refund policy?

Please contact as at help@biim.tv for any refund queries.

What payment methods does biim accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.

biim’s can also be purchased via Apple Pay and G-Pay.

For transactions over £1000 we offer the option to pay by bank transfer.

Do you send tickets out in the post?

Your order confirmation email will include imporant information on how you will receive your tickets. Most tickets are provided digitally however, for physical tickets we arrange collection at the venue’s box office.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been approved, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page with a confirmation number and a full review of your purchase. You will also receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you believe you have not received the email, feel free to reach out to help@biim.tv for assistance.

Can I cancel my order / purchase?

Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our T&C’s.

Can I amend my order / purchase?

Please reach out to help@biim.tv to make changes to the contact information attached to your booking.

If you’re looking to add another guest onto your booking, you can do so if there are still experiences available for purchase by simply going through the normal purchase journey.

How do I know if my tickets are e-tickets or physical tickets?

Your order confirmation email will include all the relevant and important information on the ticket type for your purchase.

How do I receive a PDF invoice?

You will receive a PDF invoice with your confirmation email.

I have booked the wrong date / I can no longer attend

Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

How do I inform you of the dietary requirements of my guests?

For all hospitality packages that include meals any dietary requirements will be requested when you receive your confirmation email.

Can I change the host name on my booking?

If you wish to change the name on your booking please email us at help@biim.tv with your order number and confirmation code.

What do I need to bring with me to the event?

Please bring your confirmation email and photo ID.

Are there accessible tickets available?

It will be clear on each biim experience if there any restrictions to be aware of for anyone purchasing a biim with accessibilty limitations.
